Marc Levin has a long-term lease on 20,000 square feet of premiere office
space in New York's landmark building, The Starrett-Lehigh Building. The
space stretches from 26th street to 27th Street with 180-degree views
of lower Manhattan, New Jersey and upper Manhattan. It currently houses
a diverse and multi-cultural community, which includes Alex Gibney (Enron
Documentary, Lightning in a Bottle), Wim Wenders (Buena Vista Social Club,
The End of Violence), Glue Editing and Design (a full post production
facility owned by Ken Sirulnick and Steve Piquignot), Baby Grande Records
(Just rated number one indie record label on Billboard), and many more.
Levin has reserved the spectacular 2,000 square foot southwest corner
of his space to house and run a new production entity.
